About Our Grooming Salon
Pet-A-Cure began in 2004 when founder, Jennifer, wanted to create an intimate atmosphere for dogs to have a trusting relationship with their groomer. A place for your pet to feel cared for and safe.
At Pet-A-Cure, we are CPR and AKC safety approved, and use natural products that are safe and nourishing for your dog. In addition to our all natural products, we incorporate the use of essential oils. Throughout the day we diffuse oils to calm and relax your pet while they enjoy laying on their towel sprinkled with lavender. We have oils for dry, irritated skin, odor control, or even an added boost of shine for your pup's coat. Ask us more about how essential oils can help better the health of your dog!
Walk-in nail trims are welcome! We are located in Logan Square on Diversey and Sacramento. All grooming sessions are by appointment only. Visit our grooming page, or call the salon to make an appointment or request a quote.
We look forward to providing a safe, intimate, and caring experience for your beloved furry friend!

She is the proud mom of two great dogs, Ginny the spunky Golden pup, and Angie the sassy Shih poo. Heidi began her journey at Pet-A-Cure almost 10 years ago as a client. She decided she loved pups so much that she became a bather with us. After a bit, that still wasn't enough for her and she moved up to grooming. She's now been grooming for 4 years and is also CPR and AKC safety approved. While at home, she enjoys snuggles from her Yorkie, Vinny and the newest addition to their family, a lab named Herbie!
Dakota started as a bather 11 years ago part time with a family member, she fell in love with the dogs and seeing her family member groom and decided this is what she wanted to do. She became a groomer 2 years later and has been grooming over 8 years. After being in a big corporation and moving on to a mom and pop shop, Dakota brought her talents to Pet A Cure. She loves to put dogs in show cuts and grooming them in their breed cut. She has her own pups Sasha her standard poodle and Soul a pit bull.
